Let's look at Svealand, Middle Sweden, showing the lowest temperatures in east Svealand, not the west (which is more common). Down to -3.8°C in the area of Eskilstuna.

So, this is the fourth frost night in a row, i think. Or the fifth ?

Norra Norrland

No surprise, that the Extreme North of Sweden still shows temperatures below 0°C. That is normal and can continue into June. Naimakka at the border to Finland, had -8.1°C this morning, marking the coldest temperature measured this morning. But as I said - no supersize.

Götaland

Southern Sweden, with MIN temperatures down to a strong -4.4°C ! Even close to Växjö in the south, measuring down to -3.6°C. That is pretty cold. Unusual ? No, not really - but certainly cold for this time of the year, especially since we are not really in a truly cold airmass.
