The Good and the Bad.
I certainly don't regret that I stepped into the world of Fujifilm GFX mediumformat. However, I did push my credit card to the extreme - which i had just refilled to 0. With the camera and Fujifilm lenses - I have pushed the card to its max boundaries - in essence not paid it off since then.
Very stupid and very expensive.
I am now thinking of integrating that debts into my big membership loan: paying it off in the background (which works flawless and well).
I empathize hat if you really need to do do debts - do it through either bank or membership loan. NEVER through a credit card. Ever ! It is for most people - in real life - a loosing battle.
Erase. Rewind. Do better.
Nevertheless - this time I cancel the credit card for good. The interest rate for the membership loan is only 7.3% compared to *uhm* 21% on the credit card ! What a difference. This flaw of mine - that lack of character letting that credit card slip - has bugged me enormously.
Renovation in progress
DONE! Applied. Approved.
I even shortened the payoff plan to 4 years instead of 5. It is a big loan altogether with the old I have running - but 4 years is totally manageable)
Despite I pay more to that membership loan -- the monthly cost for me is sinking, resulting into more room left. Bonus; the debt actually goes down rapidly (instead of standing still at a high level, because I didn't pay off the credit card, just paying a lot of interests at 21%).
The Lenses:
The
Fujinon GF 55/1.7 lens will now be paid off in the end of this month (from my salary, not the loan) - because I can spare more money.
While the Fujinon GF 110 lens (on which i have 1200 € left to pay off) will suddenly be paid off in the end of July !
Talk about super rapid fast...
In the mean time, I only need to pay off the rest amount for iPad Pro (830 € left today). Without having to pay off any lenses - that debt will fall super fast, too.
Then - only the large membership loan is left during the upcoming 3.5 years.
Done.
