I wasn't sure...
if the sun affected my thermometer at the balcony - but no, it showed the right temperature: +11°C. - and i was like "WOW" ! You hear the birds singing. View a sky that is all deep blue clear. It all feels as if somebody (I say it again) pushed a button, and you are in a different movie.
A good movie.
Even my balcony door stays open

I am still fascinated by the "switch" from deep winter to springtime like this. And speaking of spring time... Stockholm has already officially meteorological spring.
A high pressure area over Central Europe, filled with mild air on its western flank, plus with help of the sun - give large parts of Europe springtime influenced weather; clear skies and mild temperatures. Only the outskirts of Europe have cloudy weather; winter in the extreme North and Northeast, as well unstable weather in the extreme SW as well SE of Europe.
Lisbon and Stockholm having almost the same temperatures...
I find it always fun, to collect the temperatures of distant places right at the border of a map - which you rarely see.

Snow cover Sweden
At the same time as we have springtime - i should remind, that most of the country is still snow covered, with depths up to 1 meter. Even north of Stockholm you encounter some snow.
.
Outlook
Looking fine for Stockholm and Southern Sweden: largely springtime influenced weather for the next days. What is there not to like ? It is like filling up the reserves with energy. The light activates hormones; mind, soul and strengthens the spirit connection.
Snow in Stockholm is practically gone, except for all the spot where the masses where collected. So, it isn't all gone, but the natural snow cover on fields, is.

On Sunday evening
will go back at work. While still coughing annoyingly - at least I am pretty much fine. The only difference is, that when i wake up in the morning, my body feels slightly heavy. My boss called me earlier - and we had a nice chat. Apparently there are many colleagues who got a cold as of lately.
I am not surprised. Sal on the other hand, had an onset of a cold several weeks ago - but it vanished after a couple of days; never becoming a real cold. Quite fascinating, because i gets rarely sick. At the worst, just a start-up of what looks like a cold, but then it never takes root.
I find that interesting...
Freedom without a phone
Yesterday, when i went out the first time, i did so without any iPhone. During the past week I received a simple Casio wrist watch, in order to be independent on the stupid & beloved iPhone.
I noticed for example that when I sat on the subway, i didn't feels stressed, nor did i miss the iPhone and the constant staring though text masses, clips and other attention-seeking content. I was just sitting, watching the people, and felt incredibly FREE. So, in case I thought I would have abstinence... this was not the case. Sure, I thought of perhaps checking this and that. Knowing that I was mobile phone free... made those thoughts die out as quickly as they came.
I simply enjoyed the ride.
Now in general, I am not a guy who uses his phone all the time. It is mainly on the subway I do that. While when walking in streets, I never use the phone. That annoying focus with the head down while walking in the streets is for me - a no go.
Then you might as well check out instead. Which I feel is a plain stupid way of living.
Live while you have life.
