Now and then I get mobile phone images taken from old photos, which I am trying to restore in one or the other way. One of the photos, i was absolutely puzzled about - is the photo of Gabi on her wedding somewhere in the mid or end of the 80s, in Sicily. Next to her, is Sal, her brother.

Both look so stunning. Yet who really steals the show, is Gabi herself - as an absolutely stunning beauty - like in a fairytale. And natural - you know. Nothing over the top, you know like the "American or western style" way. Just 100% organic beauty. Like women and girls used to be back in the days and a bit off from the biggest cities.

I am just blown away, to see her like that.

The image is from Sicily, where Gabi and her large family still lives today in 2025. As does Sal's brother and family, and his mother - all still alive at the foot of Etna volcano.
